- Used or opened Rudraksha, gemstones, or Feng Shui items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

- Repack the item: Carefully pack the product in its original condition with all accompanying materials.
- Shipping: Ship the item using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria.
- Refund or exchange: If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued for eligible returned products. If the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part, we will refund the full purchase price including return shipping.

Minimum delivery timeline: 2–3 business days (within India).
Maximum delivery timeline: 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping address, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Note: International deliveries may take longer based on customs clearance and courier policies.
3.2 Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Vedikaura is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or factors beyond our control.
3.3 Impact on Returns
The return period (7 days) begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by the courier.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
